- Our skilled labor and delivery team is prepared to assist you every step of the way, making your birthing experience as smooth as possible in our spacious labor and delivery unit suites
- After delivery, we provide thorough care for moms and newborns to assist with recovery and offer scheduled quiet time twice-a-day for mom to rest, without baby if needed.
- Our lactation consultants are available for breastfeeding support day and night
- Doulas are welcomed as an essential caregiver if they are part of mom’s support system and birth plan
High Risk Pregnancy
The neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) offers advanced care for high risk pregnancies, premature newborns and babies who need additional monitoring following birth, right in the northtowns. Our experienced NICU team includes advanced care practitioners from the Regional Perinatal Center of Western New York at Oishei Children’s Hospital, critical care registered nurses and clinical specialists.

Our visiting hours are tailored to the needs of moms, babies and their family following childbirth. Your support person is welcome throughout your stay.
Sibling visitation is offered twice a day:
10 a.m.-12 p.m. & 4-6 p.m.
General visitation :
7 a.m.-10 p.m. daily
